Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like candles or aromatherapy items if opened/used), custom products, and personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
The only replacements given are for the same item if it is damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to our returns address.
